In Valparaíso, Chile, you (the "Participant"), in order to participate in the tourist activity acquired by the Participant (the "Event") organized by Amulen Tour (the "Organizer") and which will take place in the Valparaíso or Viña del Mar or Casablanca area, voluntarily and freely declare, in full knowledge of your rights: (i) That you are physically fit and do not have any health conditions or any kind of problem that would prevent your participation in the activity. (ii) That you are aware of the activities that will be carried out in the Event and that you participate in them absolutely voluntarily and with full knowledge that they may be risky and strenuous. (iii) That in view of the foregoing, you release the Organizer, its members, and other participants from all and any responsibility that could arise for them from the Participant's participation in the activity. Thus, you expressly waive in total, full, absolute, definitive, and irrevocable form all types of actions that could correspond against them, whether they are of a criminal, civil, labor, social security, administrative, or infractions nature, and that could directly or indirectly emanate from your participation in the Event. You waive, both in fact and in law, all actions intended to enforce potential civil liabilities with respect to the Organizer, its members, and generally all natural or legal persons directly or indirectly related to them; likewise, you hereby waive all actions intended to enforce presumed criminal liabilities with respect to persons, directly or indirectly related to the Organizer. (iv) That you recognize the inherent danger of some of the activities in which you may participate in the activity and voluntarily and expressly assume all associated risks, including but not limited to bodily harm, injuries, property damage, etc. (v) That you authorize the Organizer to use photographs, slides, or videos of your participation in the Event for marketing, advertising, public relations, promotional materials, and/or on the Organizer's website. (vi) That if any part of this declaration is declared unenforceable, it is hereby established that the other declarations will not lose their validity and the stipulations contained therein will remain in force. (vii) That you accept the terms and conditions of participation in the event. The Organizer, in turn, accepts the declarations made by the Participant, as well as the exemption from liability and waiver of actions contained in this document. --- *
