This tradition is lived with special intensity in the most important wine valleys of the country, such as Casablanca, Maipo, Colchagua, Curic\u00f3 and Itata, where each area offers wines with unique characteristics according to their climate and terroir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the grape harvest, many wineries open their doors to tourism, allowing visitors to participate in experiences such as the manual harvesting of grapes, the traditional \u201cpisa\u201d in wine presses, guided tastings and pairings with local gastronomy.
